The first thing people notice when their wing order lands on the table is the size. These are not the small, sad, frozen wings you’re used to from a chain restaurant. Our wings are large – noticeably, satisfyingly large. Ten of them per order, each one meaty enough to actually feel like a meal. We mention it on the menu because we mean it: these wings are bigger than what you’re probably used to.

Here’s where it gets fun. We don’t just do buffalo and BBQ. Every flavor on our wing menu has a name that fits the Guidon Brewing identity – bold, military-inspired, and a little bit tough. Here’s the full lineup:
“Willie Pete” Buffalo – Your classic buffalo, done right. Heat, tang, and butter in perfect proportion. The one you come back to when you want something familiar that still delivers.
155mm Dry Rub – No sauce, no mess. Just a deeply seasoned dry rub that builds flavor with every bite. Perfect for people who want their wings crispy from edge to edge.
“Green Tip” Pub Mustard – A tangy, bold mustard glaze that surprises you with how well it works on a wing. Underrated and absolutely worth trying.
“Drinky Girl” Asian Honey Sriracha – Sweet heat with an Asian-inspired profile. The honey takes the edge off the sriracha just enough to make these dangerously easy to eat.
“Bouncing Betty” Garlic Parmesan – Rich, buttery, garlicky, and finished with parmesan. This is the flavor that non-wing-people end up stealing from the plate.
“Armor Piercing” Lemon Pepper – Bright, citrusy, and punchy. The lemon pepper cuts through the richness of the wing and leaves you reaching for the next one immediately.
“25mm Bushmaster” BBQ – Smoky, sweet, and sticky in the best possible way. A classic done with care and served with confidence.
“H.E.A.T. Round” Hot – This is the one for people who want to feel it. No gimmicks, no tricks – just serious heat for people who can handle it.
Mamasan Korean BBQ – Our newest addition and already a crowd favorite. A rich, savory-sweet Korean BBQ glaze that brings something completely different to the lineup.
WHAT TO PAIR THEM WITH
Wings and beer are one of the great food pairings of all time – and at Guidon Brewing Restaurant, you have the added advantage of pairing them with craft beer brewed on site. A hoppy IPA stands up beautifully to the heat of the Willie Pete Buffalo or H.E.A.T. Round. A smooth lager or Hefeweizen balances out the richness of the Garlic Parmesan or Korean BBQ. If beer isn’t your thing, our full bar has plenty of options to wash them down with.
