Guidon Brewing (pronounced guide-on) is a veteran, American, German, and family owned and operated company – and our kitchen reflects every bit of that story. We cook with the same dedication we brew with, drawing on a combined love of bold, global flavors to bring you dishes that are anything but ordinary. Dig into authentic German staples like hand-breaded Wienerschnitzel and Jägerschnitzel with house-made mushroom gravy, or keep it classic with our 1/3lb Midwest corn-fed beef burgers on pretzel buns. Every dish comes out of our on-site kitchen, made fresh, made with skill, and made to bring people together – what the Germans call Gemütlichkeit: warmth, good company, and the feeling of being exactly where you should be.

Where is Guidon Brewing Restaurant located?
We’re located at 415 8th Avenue E, Hendersonville, NC 28792. We have both indoor and outdoor seating, so come as you are and stay as long as you like.
Do you take reservations?
We welcome walk-ins, but for larger groups or private events we recommend reaching out ahead of time so we can make sure we have the right space ready for you.
What kind of food do you serve?
Our menu is a mix of authentic German classics and American comfort favorites. Think hand-breaded Wienerschnitzel, Jägerschnitzel with house-made mushroom gravy, giant fresh-baked soft pretzels, 1/3lb Midwest beef burgers on pretzel buns, and 10 large chicken wings in 8 bold flavors — all made fresh in our on-site kitchen.
Do you have options for kids?
Absolutely. We have a dedicated kids menu with options like hot dogs and chicken tenders, both served with fries.
Can I host a private event or party at Guidon Brewing Restaurant?
Yes! We offer two private event spaces completely free of charge. Whether it’s a birthday, wedding, corporate gathering, or family celebration, we’ll work with you to make it a great experience.
Do I have to drink beer to enjoy Guidon Brewing Restaurant?
Not at all. While we’re proud of our craft brews, we also have a full bar with cocktails and a selection of whiskeys. There’s something for everyone at our table.
